HOW DOES IT WORK?

Firstly, you have to set up your account before you can claim your rewards. Simply click the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right of the website and select 'Join Now'.

Or you can go to our customer account page and register as a new customer. If you are already registered all you need to do is sign into your account.

Celebrate a Birthday = 500 ARRAN points
(you must input your birthday details 30 days in advance to receive this reward)

500 ARRAN points = Free Shipping

1000 ARRAN points = £10 Off Your Order Online or In Store

2000 ARRAN points = £20 Off Your Order Online or In Store

3000 ARRAN points = £30 Off Your Order Online or In Store

REFER A FRIEND

Send your friend a £10 coupon and once they redeem their voucher on their first online order you will receive £15 off your next online order.

The £10 off coupon only applies users first online order.
No minimum spend threshold for the £15 coupon.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE

ARRAN Rewards points expire 12 months (365 days) from the date you sign up/ create your loyalty account. The date of expiry can be found on your account dashboard.

CAN MY POINTS BE ADJUSTED OR CORRECTED

Yes, in some circumstances we may need to review, adjust, correct, or remove points from a customer’s account. This may happen if points have been awarded incorrectly, if there has been a technical or system issue, or to ensure points balances accurately reflect points earned in line with our Terms & Conditions.

CAN THE ARRAN REWARD PROGRAM CHANGE

Yes, we may update, amend, suspend, or withdraw the ARRAN Rewards program, or any part of it, at any time. This includes changes to how points are earned, how they can be redeemed, their value, or when they expire. Continued participation in the program means you accept any updated terms.

ARRAN may review, adjust, correct, or remove points at any time to fix errors, address misuse, or reflect points earned accurately.

Points balances may be updated to reflect what has been earned in a specified period (for example, the last 12–18 months) where appropriate.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or against sale items.

Free shipping voucher is redeemable against standard delivery only and applicable for all delivery countries.
