 Please note, that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we are currently working with a reduced dispatch team to allow us to implement safe, social distancing procedures within our warehouse. This may cause a delay in delivery of orders. We are endeavouring to deliver all UK orders within 3-5 working days. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Standard UK Delivery - Mainland

    • FREE Delivery on all UK mainland orders when you spend over £40.
    • £3.95 Delivery for UK mainland orders under £40.
    • Delivery time 3-5 working days.
    • Please be aware delivery to the Highlands and Islands may vary

    Standard UK Delivery - Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland

    • FREE Delivery on all orders when you spend over £40
    • £9.50 Delivery for orders under £40
    • Please be aware delivery to the Highlands and Islands may vary.

    Express UK Delivery - Mainland

    • £5.95 for Express UK Delivery.
    • Next working day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm.
    • Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day for delivery.
    • Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispacthed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

      European Delivery

      • Please allow 3-5 Working Days for delivery. 
      • Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the country of delivery.
      • FREE European Delivery on ALL orders placed over £200.
      • All european deliveries are sent by Parcel Force.

      USA & Canada Delivery

      • FREE Delivery on USA & Canda orders when you spend over £200
      • £36.00 Delivery for orders under £200.
      • Please allow up to 5-7 Working Days for delivery. 
      • All international deliveries are sent by Parcel Force.

      Rest of the World Delivery

      • We offer delivery to all locations worldwide.
      • The delivery price will automatically apply to your order at checkout when you confirm the delivery address.
      • Please allow 7-10 Working Days for worldwide delivery.
      • All international deliveries are sent by Parcel Force.

       International Delivery Restrictions

      Unfortunately, due to restrictive legislation we are unable to ship the following products outside of the UK, as they are classified as hazardous goods: Eau de Toilette (30ml and 100ml), Eau De Parfum (15ml & 50ml), Hand Cleansing Gel (50ml), Anti Bacterial Hand Rub Spray (150ml), Room Sprays (100ml), Fragrance Rollerball (includes 10ml and gift sets containing the Fragrance Rollerball), Reed Diffusers (200ml), Glen Iorsa Calming Mist (100ml), Glenashdale Body Mist (100ml).

      UK Delivery

      • For addresses within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), we aim to delivery your purchases as soon as possible. However please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your order for delivery. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer than our estimated 3-5 working days.
      • Please note that during certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas, Bank Holidays) delivery times will vary. 
      • Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. postal strike, courier backlog). You may cancel an order affected by circumstances outside our control. To cancel, please contact us on +44 (0) 1563 852 401 or email info@arran.com. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant products you have already received, and we will refund the price you have paid.

        General Information

        • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer however that ALL packages are signed for.
        • On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department, by email – info@arran.comor by telephone +44 (0) 1563 852 401 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
