Standard UK Delivery - Mainland, Jersey & Guernsey 

• FREE Delivery on orders when you spend £45.
• £4.95 on all orders under £45.
• Delivery time 2-3 working days.

Standard UK Delivery - Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland

• FREE Delivery on orders when you spend over £45.
• £4.95 on all orders under £45.
• Please be aware delivery to the Highlands and Islands may vary.

Express UK Delivery - Mainland

• £8.95 for Express UK Delivery.
• Next working day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm.
• Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day for delivery.
• Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

European Delivery

• Please allow up to 10 Working Days for delivery. 
• Delivery from £25.00 on orders under £200.
• FREE European Delivery on ALL orders placed over £200.
• All european deliveries are sent by Fed Ex.

USA & Canada Delivery

• FREE Delivery on USA & Canda orders when you spend over £200
• £25.00 Delivery for orders under £200.
• Please allow up to 10 Working Days for delivery. 
• All international deliveries are sent by Fed Ex.

Rest of the World Delivery

• We offer delivery to all locations worldwide.
• The delivery price will automatically apply to your order at checkout when you confirm the delivery address.
• Please allow 7-10 Working Days for worldwide delivery.
• All international deliveries are sent by Parcel Force.

 International Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to restrictive legislation we are unable to ship the following products outside of the UK, as they are classified as hazardous goods: Hand Cleansing Gel (50ml), Anti Bacterial Hand Rub Spray (150ml), Fragrances (Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette and Fragrance Rollerball), Room Sprays (100ml), Reed Diffusers (200ml), Candles (35cl and 8cl) and Home Gift Sets (containing 100ml Reed Diffusers and 8cl Candles).

UK Delivery

• For addresses within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), we aim to delivery your purchases as soon as possible. However please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your order for delivery. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer than our estimated 5-7 working days.
• Please note that during certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas, Bank Holidays) delivery times will vary. 
• Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e. postal strike, courier backlog). You may cancel an order affected by circumstances outside our control. To cancel, please contact us on +44 (0) 1563 852 401 or email info@arran.com. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant products you have already received, and we will refund the price you have paid.

General Information

• Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned. We do prefer however that ALL packages are signed for.
• On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department, by email – info@arran.com or by telephone +44 (0) 1563 852 401 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
