Mother's Day Competition 2026 - Terms & Conditions

The promoter of the Competition is: Arran Aromatics Ltd (trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) whose registered office is at 

International House, 14 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of ARRAN Sense of Scotland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Closing date for entry will be 23rd March at 1pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. There are 3 prizes available, 1 Grand Prize of an overnight stay for two and full Scottish breakfast at The Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh with luxury ARRAN Sense of Scotland hamper filled with our bestselling women's collections, After the Rain and Island Dusk (worth RRP £300). 2 Runners Up will be contacted and gifted an ARRAN Sense of Scotland hamper worth £200.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winner will be chosen at random.
    
12. The winner will be chosen at random from the entrants, and will be contacted by email from ARRAN Sense of Scotland. Winner must respond within 48 hours or the prize will be re-drawn.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@arran.com.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. The winner must bear financial responsibility for travelling to and from any prize location.
20. The grand prize is in conjunction with The Caledonian Hotel and is subject to their t&c's.

The Caledonian Hotel by Hilton T&Cs:

1. Stay valid for one year from 23rd March 2026.
2. The Prize is subject to availability and does not include Fringe Festival, Festive, Hogmanay and any other Special Event dates. The prize has no cash value and does not include any other services.
3. Prize can be redeemed through Hotel Reservations, by contacting reservations@edinburghcaledonian.com, or by phone at 0131 222 8888, any quoting the voucher reference number. Winner must present prize voucher upon arrival to the hotel.
