Arran Aromatics Limited is owned by Endless LLP, who shall act as a data controller of any Arran Aromatics Limited data that is provided in connection with their investment and ongoing relationship with Arran Aromatics Limited. Personal data will be processed by Endless LLP in accordance with the Endless Portfolio Privacy statement, accessible here:  https://www.endlessllp.com/portfolio-privacy-statement. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you visit our site, register to use our site, interact with us on social media or use our services and how we handle your information to ensure that we protect your rights. When you place an order for goods we will request your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, contact number, company name (if relevant) and payment details. If you do not provide us with the fields which are marked with an asterisk in the order form we will not be able to process your order. You do not need to fill in the fields which do not have an asterisk (such as your company name and telephone number) but it will help us to process your order if you do. Our website will work best if you sign up for an account with us rather than checking out as a guest as for example we will be able to display details of your previous orders.

We will only ever process your information if we have a lawful basis to do so. The lawful bases we rely on are;

Ordering online at arran.com is safe. We use encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure that only authorised parties can read the data you submit. Look out for the padlock symbol in the address bar whenever you are asked to submit any personal data and notice the address change from http:// to https://.

These are both signs that the site is secure. Registered customers may be asked to submit additional information. Registered customer information is stored safely behind our firewall. We do not store any customer credit card details.
