Terms and conditions of sale

General

1. The 'Company' means Arran Aromatics Limited. The 'Purchaser' means the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.

Price

2. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim this sales tax, the company can supply a VAT receipt on request.

Ordering

3. As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the Company.

4. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company dispatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.

Voucher Codes

5. Valid voucher codes can be applied by entering the online code at checkout. Voucher codes cannot be used against any purchase made prior to receipt of this voucher or code. The voucher code can’t be used in conjunction with any other online offer, sale item or personalsied gift builder items. If an automatic discount or promotion is applied at checkout you will be unable to apply your voucher code at checkout. Each voucher code is valid for one use per account at arran.com. Any refunds will take discount into account.

Delivery

6. The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

7. The Purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and the Company cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

Returns

8. The Company offers a full refund on all goods that are returned by the Purchaser within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods to the Company for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Statutory rights

9. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

Wholesale or retail conflict

10. Any purchases are not for wholesale or retail purposes. If a Purchaser is found to be doing so, they will be removed from the customer base and refused any further orders.

Law

11. Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law.

ARRAN Rewards - Loyalty Programme

These terms and conditions govern the collection and use of points and set out the terms of contract between Arran Aromatics Ltd (“ARRAN Sense of Scotland”, “us” or “we”) and you the customer relating to the Loyalty Programme. You can join the Loyalty Programme by creating an account online at arran.com. If you apply to register with us you accept these terms and conditions.

Your ARRAN rewards account can be used to earn points online at www.arran.com. Details as to how points can be collected and redeemed appear below.

Loyalty Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Loyalty Points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.

In addition to the above, Arran Aromatics Ltd (Trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) reserves the right to (i) to terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Programme by publishing notices on our website www.arran.com; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the ARRAN rewards programme and/or the points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website at www.arran.com.

Our Privacy Policy relating to this Loyalty Programme (which can be accessed at https://arran.com/pages/privacy) sets out the information that we will collect about you, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.

We will retain your personal information for as long as you are a member of the Loyalty Programme. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@arran.com.
