If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from ARRAN Sense of Scotland we offer a simple returns policy. Simply return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund.
Returns by Post
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a Returns Number via e-mail info@arran.com or call us directly on +44 (0) 1563 852 401 between 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, goods without Returns Number cannot be accepted into our warehouse.
A refund will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for shaving brushes or razors, unless an incorrect item has been shipped or the goods are faulty.

*Please ensure you enclose proof of purchase so we can action your refund/exchange accordingly. We recommend that all returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained.
Returns to Store
We are also happy to accept returned items at any of our stores. Please ensure that you have your order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase. You will also require the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, that person will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back on to their card. If you do not have any proof of purchase we will offer an exchange only.
Please note all refunds are processed less the cost of postage (if paid).
When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment (including if you originally paid in vouchers) and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount within 5-10 working days. If we decide not to process any refund you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.
In the unlikely event you have been delivered incorrect goods please contact our customer services department directly at info@arran.com or on +44 (0) 1563 851826 (8.30am-4pm, Monday- Friday).
*We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost in transit, the goods are your responsibility until received by Arran Aromatics Ltd.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing info@arran.com quoting your Arran Aromatics Ltd order number. Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.
If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be despatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message before you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund.
