How do I join the loyalty program?
 

Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!

How can I earn points?
 

You can get 10 points for every £1 spent! Also earn by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for more details.

How do I redeem my points?
 

Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.

Where can I see my points balance?
 

First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.

Do my points expire?
 

Points will expire one year from your sign up date. This date is displayed on your rewards activity dashboard.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
 

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?
 

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
 

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
