How do I join the loyalty program?
 

Joining our loyalty programme is simple just sign up online and you’ll automatically enter our Discovery tier.

As you shop with us and earn points, you’ll have the opportunity to move up through our loyalty tiers:

  • Discovery – Your starting tier when you join.
  • Heritage – Reach this tier when you spend £200 or more.
  • Signature – Our highest tier, reached when you spend £300 or more.

The more you shop and earn, the further you’ll progress, unlocking even more benefits along the way.

How can I earn points?
 

Earning Points is simple — every time you shop with us, you’ll earn Points based on your loyalty tier.

  • Discovery: Earn 10 Points for every £1 spent
  • Heritage: Earn 12 Points for every £1 spent
  • Signature: Earn 15 Points for every £1 spent

The higher your tier, the more Points you’ll earn with every purchase. So, the more you shop, the more you’ll earn towards your next reward.

How do I redeem my points?
 

Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.

*Please not rewards cannot be redeemed during sale periods.

Where can I see my points balance?
 

First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.

Do my points expire?
 

Points will expire after 1 year (365 days) of inactivity on your account.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
 

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?
 

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
 

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
