Passport to Arran 2025 Competition - Terms & Conditions

The promoter of the Passport to Arran competition is: Arran Aromatics Ltd (trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) whose registered office is at 

International House, 14 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL

This competition is in partnership with Auchrannie Resort, please see point 25 below for their t&c's.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of ARRAN Sense of Scotland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be found in our blog post. Entrants will receive their Passport to Arran in their order when shopping with us in-store and online before 15th August.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless they tagged someone on social media in which case a second entry will be counted.
5. Closing date for entry will be 15th August 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter, input your name and email address in the contact form.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10.  There is 1 grand prize available, a trip to Arran to stay in Auchrannie Resort for one night, a hamper of ARRAN products, voucher for Cladach Beach Bar, voucher for Arran Malt Experience at Arran Whisky and hamper from Isle of Arran Cheese Shop.
11. Grand prize winner will also receive a tour of the ARRAN Sense of Scotland Factory if visiting between working hours of Monday-Thursday and is subject to staff availability.
12. There will also be 3 runner up prizes of ARRAN Hampers worth £150.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen at random.
    
15. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@arran.com.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. The winner must bear financial responsibility for travelling to and from the prize location.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to ARRAN Sense of Scotland and it’s relevant partners as detailed above. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at. https://arran.com/pages/privacy. 
25. The Auchrannie Hotel Prize T&C’s - To make a booking, simply contact the Auchrannie Hotel Reception Team on 01770 302 234 or email reservations@auchrannie.co.uk. Bookings are subject to availability, excluding Christmas & New Year. No change can be given, nor can this prize be exchanged for cash alternatives. 
26. Ferry travel via CalMac from Troon to Brodick on the Isle of Arran is for foot passengers only and will be booked on behalf of the winner by a representative at ARRAN Sense of Scotland, subject to availability. The chosen winner will be responsible for their own travel to & from Troon ferry port.
