Spin to Win 2024 - Terms & Conditions

*Prize available for the first 50 customers of the day*

The promoter of the Spin to Win Competition is: Arran Aromatics Ltd (trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) whose registered office is at 

12 King Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 2HL.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of ARRAN Sense of Scotland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter this competition you must be one of the first 50 customers of the day to make a purchase in our Buchanan Galleries store between the 4th-6th December 2024 (minimum spend £20), each customer will be given the chance to spin the wheel to win a prize. Prizes include ARRAN products and store gift vouchers. For entry to the daily Grand Prize the entrant must tag us in a social media post on Instagram stories or Facebook.
4. One entry per customer, per order placed, per day. 
5. Closing date for entry will be 6th December 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter,  make a purchase to the value of £20 or more in our Buchanan Galleries store between the 4th-6th December 2024 for a chance to spin the wheel and win a prize, for entry to the daily Grand Prize - tag us in a social media post @ARRANSenseofScotland on Instagram stories or Facebook.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. There will be 1 Grand Prize winner selected at random each day, between the 4th-6th December.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Grand prize winners will be chosen at random.
    
13. You will receive a private message on Instagram or Facebook to confirm you have won the daily grand prize the same day.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@arran.com.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. The winner must bear financial responsibility for travelling to and from any prize location.
21. For any customer who does not use Facebook or Instagram we regret that you cannot take part in the competition for a grand prize, however you will be offered a second chance at the Spin to Win in store.
22. In-store prizes are limited to 50 customers per day - if prize stock runs out before the end date, the competition will be closed early.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to ARRAN Sense of Scotland and it’s relevant partners as detailed above.
