Spin to Win 2025 - Terms & Conditions

*Prize available for the first 50 customers of the day*

The promoter of the Spin to Win Competition is: Arran Aromatics Ltd (trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) whose registered office is at 

International House, 14 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL 

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of ARRAN Sense of Scotland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter this competition you must be one of the first 50 customers of the day to make a purchase in our Buchanan Galleries store between the 20th - 23rd March 2025 (minimum spend £20), each customer will be given the chance to spin the wheel to win a prize. Prizes include ARRAN products and store gift vouchers.
4. One entry per customer, per order placed, per day. 
5. Closing date for entry will be 23rd March 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter,  make a purchase to the value of £20 or more in our Buchanan Galleries store between the 20th - 23rd March 2025 for a chance to spin the wheel and win a prize.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. The winner must bear financial responsibility for travelling to and from any prize location.
16. In-store prizes are limited to 50 customers per day - if prize stock runs out before the end date, the competition will be closed early.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
