35 Year Anniversary Competition 2024 - Terms & Conditions

We’re hosting an event to celebrate our 35th anniversary on Sunday the 21st July and giving 10 people the chance to attend a sumptuous afternoon tea at Malmaison Glasgow. Each winner can bring a plus one and every guest will receive a personalised goodie bag packed with their favourite scents from ARRAN.

One lucky person will also win a Grand Prize of a luxury overnight stay at the Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh with dinner, bed and breakfast included. 

To enter: Simply tell us your favourite ARRAN fragrance - answer the question & input your contact details and we will randomly select 10 winners.

T&Cs apply. UK only. Competition closes 14/7/24 at midnight and the winners will be announced shortly after. We will only contact the winners via email and will not ask for any bank information. Please beware of spam accounts pretending to be ARRAN. Entrants must be available to attend the event between 12-3pm on Sunday 21st July.

The promoter of the 35 Year Anniversary Competition 2024 is: Arran Aromatics Ltd (trading as ARRAN Sense of Scotland) whose registered office is at 

12 King Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 2HL.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of ARRAN Sense of Scotland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Up to 3 entries will be accepted per person. 
5. Closing date for entry will be 14th July 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter, submit your name and email address in the contact form. 
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. There are 11 prizes available. One grand prize worth £600 and ten runner up prizes. 10 winners will win a place  for them and a plus one at our 35th anniversary celebration at Malmaison Glasgow.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen at random.
    
13. The winner will be chosen at random from the entrants, and will be contacted by email - winner must respond within 48 hours or the prize will be re-drawn.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@arran.com.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. The winner must bear financial responsibility for travelling to and from any prize location.
21. The grand prize is in conjunction with The Rutland and fulfilment of the overnight stay, dinner in the Kyloe restaurant and breakfast at the Huxley is subject to their T&C's.
22. The Rutland Edinburgh T&C's: this prize includes an overnight stay for 2 in one of their newly refurbished Rutland Hotel rooms. Included in your stay will be dinner in Kyloe (3 course meal for 2 guests and a bottle of wine  (managers choice.) Followed by breakfast in The Huxley.
23. Please note this competition stay is subject to availability. Must be redeemed in 2024.
