Did you know?

The packaging used for our Home Fragrance collection is 100% recyclable.

Where should I place my Reed Diffuser?

It is advisable to position your Reed Diffuser in a spacious, central area, such as a living room or corridor, while ensuring it is distanced from heat sources like fireplaces or radiators, as this may enhance the absorption of the Diffuser oil.

How do I use a Reed Diffuser?

Detach the travel stopper from the glass bottle and place the dry reeds into the fragrance. Enhance your environment naturally by permitting the diffuser reeds to soak up the fragrance oils. To achieve optimal infusion and to adjust the intensity of the fragrance, gently rotate the reeds every two to three days.

How long do Reed Diffusers last?

The longevity of our Reed Diffusers can extend up to six months, contingent upon the placement of the Diffuser and the frequency with which the reeds are turned.

Can I re-use the Diffuser reeds?

After reeds have been utilized for a specific fragrance, they cannot be repurposed for a different scent. This is due to the reeds becoming saturated, which hinders the absorption of oils from a new diffuser, ultimately obstructing the fragrance from effectively permeating your desired area.

My Reed Diffuser has some oil remaining in the bottle but the scent isn't as strong as it used to be. What can I do?

It is advisable to rotate the reeds every two to three days to rejuvenate the diffusion process and enhance the fragrance in your selected area. Additionally, a gentle swirl of the bottle will mix the oil's components, thereby intensifying the scent emitted by your diffuser.
